Post-Merger, BB&T Train Still Roaring!!! (BB&T Spectrum Cash Rewards SP - APPROVED - 10.5K SL)

Since I haven't seen any threads about SP approvals recently, and the Truist merger officially closed last week, I thought I'd give it a shot to see if I would have any success at getting another card through the Pre-Qualification page. 

Lo and Behold!!!

Data points:

Equifax Score - 750
Income - $72,000
Credit Utilization Rate - 10%
Inquiries (last 12 months) - 8
Number of New Credit Lines (last 12 months) - 7
Average Age of Accounts - 4 Years 5 Months

I also have an existing BB&T relationship, as I was approved for the Travel Rewards card (SL for it was $9K) earlier this year and I have a checking account with them. I'm intending to close the Travel Rewards card (aside from the TSA credit, it's pretty useless), which is why I applied for this one

I was going to wait on new Truist products (I'm sure they'll be better than the current offering simply because of its increased scale), but from the way they're talking in their customer notices, that could be a good 1+ years out
