Checked out usbank pre qualify to see if there were any cards showed up and noticed a 365 Amex card. No variable APR range. Flat 17.99% Pulled the trigger and got approved for 5k SL 
I did have US Cash+ prior that i barely used, cause it was measly 500 SL compared to my other 2k-9k limits. So i did have some sort of relationship with them

Even though it’s only a $500 card, I’d use that cash+ heavily, those rewards add up quickly.
