I just hit my third statement with all three cards (Amazon, Sam's & Walmart) and preparing to ask for CLI's in the next 30 days. I have read on the forum to wait till the 4th staement cuts before requesting a CLI. I still have a few questions:
Any guidance is appreciated.
The PIF thing with GE doesnt work in my opinion from my experience i have a bal all the time with my GE cards and it gets me teh CLI i just recently had my Walmart card increased to 7500 VIA luv button with a bal of 500 and then had my Sams Club increased in less than 2 months from 1800 to 5000 carrying a bal of 1300...... so yea i'd say GE loves balances not to mention i have balances on other cards so UTIL doesnt seem to count to them either cause im at about 20% UTIL

- I have been PIF each month - should I carry a small balance on each for the last month?
- Should I use the 'Luv" button or call in and request the CLI? If so, can I request on all three card at the same time?
- I currently have a $1,000 CL on each card - what is a reasonable CLI to ask for giving my scores (see signature line)?
Any guidance is appreciated.
SyncB loves frequent use and a posted balance, no matter how small the balance is. You don't necessarily have to carry the balance, however. I usually recommend trying the LUV button first and then calling if you don't like the result. As for what to ask for if you call Credit Solutions, aim for the stars and let them counter.
For me, it took 5 statements to get an Initial CLI from Wally and 9 to get an Initial CLI from Amazon. I've never had luck with these cards when I call Credit Solutions. Sometimes they love you, sometimes they don't.
Are these CLI requests with GE/Synch soft pull?

Some products like CareCredit or the various furniture stores backed by SyncB, may require an HP. The cards mentioned in this thread are all SP CLIs, as are most of their retail CCs.

Thank you. So am I safe in assuming that the Paypal Mastercard would be a SP CLI? Thanks in advance!
Thanks for sharing your experiences. I am going to wait till the 4th statement cuts and I am going to leave a small balance - roughly $100 on each account. By the way, since opening these accounts I have also opened up three other accounts in the last month - HSN $3000, ShopHQ $1000 & Barclays William-Sonoma 1000. Will these recent open accounts hurt my chances in getting the CLI's? They will be PIF each month.
The trick is to Charge the card, PIF in a few weeks, then charge it 1-9% a few days before the reporting date.
