QS1 CLI WOOOOOOT!

So I have been requesting CLI after my statements which have only been two so far and denied both times

Well I was reading that most people can actually get a CLI at 70 days so I looked and I am EXACTLY 70 days from opening account.

I had $500 starting limit and my other Capone card only got a $100 CLI in jan so I was hoping for $250 CLI and then credit steps to give $250 as well so that I would have $1000 total credit.

Well to my surprise they gave me a $1000!!! increase so now I have $1500CL!!!

I'm very happy I feel like I'm actually getting somewhere.

Seems like they are showing the love today. I just got an email that they raised my credit limit by 2k and I didn't even request one Totally happy!!

I made sure to get close to the credit limit then paid in full for the entire amount owed before statement cut, I dont think I made multiple payments on this card, I simply PIF

Yup. Cap one LOVES heavy usage. I use it for my fico each month I also make multiple payments per month.

My third statement cuts in May 7 hoping to get a nice cli
Doing a hevy usage
is it based on the credit report also
Or mainly the bank history ?

I believe there is a FICO related number they are looking for before giving large CLI and then no late payments on the CR 

if all that is met then heavy usage probably does increase what they believe you can handle via some algorithm
