3k>$6500>$11500>$16500. So the first increase was $3500 and then I had 2 $5000 increases.

I tried February 14. So it was 120 days but previous to that I had done it on the 17th, so maybe I should've waited till the 17th this time. I wonder if I should try again and if it's OK to try now or if I should wait over 30 days or I don't know if there's much left to get there though. Idk.

It costs you nothing to try except a few minutes of your time. I'm not sure of the internal qualifications to have an offer and how much you qualify for when you do have an offer(spend/swipes).
You're obviously 100% ok at this point as far as time is concerned. You didn't apply for an increase, you just didn't have an offer so I don't think you need to be concerned at all about waiting.

but they do ask for information that they enter, so they're probably doing a softpull or making some sort of record.
Maybe it's just seeing if it's available based on that information
