So filling out Chase app since i have a pre-offer they filled out most. However they did it in all caps and i cannot change there filling. Does the caps matter for when the card is printed?

It should not matter Skye...I have had them done both ways and also have had sites change my lowercase letters to all caps...enjoy your new card!
