I applied for a CO QS card on November 25th, and had to send in verification. I called Nov30 and they had not rec'd them. Called Dec 02, and they got them. Called today Dec 4, and after supplying my info on the phone automation system, it came back and said "Your application has been approved, your card will arrive in the mail in 7-10 days"!!!
Also, update! Got my Citi DCB Card denial in the mail Dec03. Already had spoke to recon, but they couldn't approve due to less than 1 year of history. I have 11 months.
So, I called the EO Office and spoke to nice gentleman, who said that since it is only a month short, they will take another look and see if they can't open the account up. Said he will call me back Tuesday or Wednesday next week and tell me yes or no.
Hurray!!
Now, it;s been 11 months and here's my success:
Capital One Secured Platinum ($600CL), Chase Freedom ($1200CL), Discover It ($2250), Chase Slate ($2500), Capital One Quicksilver MC ($?).
Utilization 6%, TU=736 (8-inq), EQ = 697 (7-inq), EX=639(8-inq) (1 baddie that hasn't come off yet).
