I decided to app for the Cap One Quicksilver card since I kept getting emails from them stating that I was pre-qualified.
Decided to pull the trigger, and was approved for $10,000! Does this mean I get the Visa Signature? Very happy. Have been eying this card for a while based on the 1.5% cash back on ALL purchases.
