Quicksilver switch

So like a lot of you, Cap one wouldnt lower my APR for good, just 6 months. They offered 13.9% from 17.9% for 6 months, i took it. Decided to check the prequals for capital one because i was bored, low and behold i was prequalified for a quicksilver @13.9%.  one quick acount comination into my Venture Card (up to 19k now) and a HP later, 5k visa sig quicksilver at 13.9%.  Its like they just need to get that HP out of you, but for 5k more credit and a lower APR, i can live with it.

Side note: I've been seeing people have troubles getting anything out of capital one lately and it made me think that CC are seriously impossible to understand. Barclays hates my guts and when ever i try to just get and erty level card im deneyed, same with any amex revolver. But Cap one, Chase, Citi and Comenity love me. Dont get it.
