Rebuilding and Approved for Delta AMEX. What next?

I have been working on rebuilding since August of 14 and I got an email offering 50,000 bonus miles for Delta Skymiles AMEX. To my surprise I was approved for $3,000 CL. The only other cards I have been approved for were Capital One Quicksilver One and store cards for $800 starting CL. Should I apply for another AMEX? Would it be another hard pull? FICO scores are 675, 640 and 659.

Thanks! I am very excited on the approval as I was not expecting it to be that high! Would love another AMEX just want to make sure its the right move and I have good chance of approval.

What is the reasoning behind PRG and not a revolver like the Everyday? Just curious. Thanks!
