My Bofa (Bank of America) CLI went from $6.5k to $13.6k to day. I did not receive any alert from Credit Karma or Nerdwallet about Hard pull, so hoping it was soft pull. When can I apply for CLI again? Do they have minimim waiting period? like 3 months or 6 months?
It's been a SP since 5/2018 on BOA cards.
90 days is the time it takes before you get approved for another one.
When you sign into your BoA online account and click on the specific account, somewhere near the center of the screen you'll see a red link appear that states "Request a credit limit increase". When this happens, BoA is usually ready to give you a limit increase. Occasionally the link will pop up a few days too early and it will deny you, so make certain it has been at least 90 days since your last increase.
All BoA credit card CLI requests are soft pulls now.

The hyperlink to request a CLI isn't red, it's blue. It also (only) means that you're considered eligible to be considered for a CLI, it doesn't mean you're eligible to receive one. The 90 day window before reappearance is not a given either, the duration is to some extent profile-specific.
If you request a CLI and are immediately approved for the entire amount you requested you can go ahead and request another CLI the same day as the link will remain until BoA's nightly batch processing is completed. You can expect a 7-10 day message which in BoA-speak means that the 2nd request will be manually reviewed, it isn't an auto-denial. IME they're usually reviewed the 1st business day after that request.
I've never heard of a denial of a 2nd request adversely impacting an automated approval of the initial CLI request that day.
Nice > 100% increase!
You hear lots of talk about lenders tightening up with limits/CLIs... Discover, Cap One, Amex, etc. but from reading on here it seems BoA is still pretty generous overall.
" $6.5k to $13.6k to day"" Congrats
