So i sent Target a SM asking if it would be possible to increase the line on my card. Already knowing i would get the generic response of "We review accounts periodically...etc." Well a month went by and i got a letter in the mail today saying 'Congrats your new credit line is: $900.00'
So slowly moving up. I have gone 200>300>600>900 Maybe one day i will be able to actually purchase a new TV ![]()
that's awesome! I have never tried to request it via SM because its says we can not except questions regarding your credit line. congrats!
Yup, congrats!
Congrats

Congrats on sticking at it! And honestly, you can get some pretty decent tv's for $900 or less! ![]()
This is my first-time posting within this forum, but have been viewing the posts about Target RedCard CLI . . . I applied for the card in-store this past summer (2015) and was approved for $1500; then within about three months, automatic increase to $1800 and then at the beginning of 2016, another increase to $2300. I have never requested a CLI, all automatic. Granted, I do shop there often with significant purchases, pif my balance a few times, and have always paid on schedule. To add to this, I am just about about a year and a half post bankruptcy. It's hard to believe that some here on the message boards are in much better shape, but having trouble getting CLI's. All I can say is that Target has been very good to me and wonder why others are having such challenges.
