Be honest I needed this like a hole in my head, but last application for the year as about to head to Florida. Got an email offer for SOFI credit card with a sign-up bonus. Didn't even know it was open for the public to apply yet. Decided to open cash management account at same time due to 150 bonus going on so did that and applied for CC.. Not the best approval, but suppose could be worse as well.. Approved $9500 @ 19.99 APR(yuck), but suspect APR is probably my credit seeking adventures.. What got me was sign-up bonus always a sucker for that. Pulled Experian currently around 785-800ish range depending. Experian 14 HPs in two year (yikes). Anyways wasnt a pre-approval just a mailer to my email address. Had no other products with SOFI prior other then checking personal loan rates in the past. Will probably get used for bonus then mainly SD, who knows but a bit better then DC i suppose, but have the AOD 3% etc... Just a DP none-the-less was hoping for > 10k approval about made it, but didn't

Edit: side note on CMA through them Chex's froozen and just Exp unfroozen so no Chex's inquiry for thos intersted.
So this bank certainly isn't inquiry/new account or aggregrate CL sensitive at all.. Think I am first DP on approval on forum without a "pre-approval"?

I should've waited a month to get the SUB! Very similar approval from me, I got the same 19.99% APR, but got offered an $8,500 Limit. Also, if you check the app every day, you'll get SoFi points, after 4 days you get double points, and easy 20 cents just for looking at the app once a day. I've aready gotten up to 433 points, worth $8.66 cents. Only thing I don't like is, at least my first payment, took at least a week for my available credit limit to increase. Not really an issue with the limit, just like knowing I have an accurate spending limit.
Another cool feature, once activated, you can view all the card information from the app. You click the blue card on the side of the page, and then there is an option called "View card number"

Heading to Destin, Florida staying in a 3 bedroom airbnb penthouse on the beach. Living it up leaving on the 19th and getting back on the 26th. A nice break from work and the daily grind on a craptistic year for us all! About 7ish hour drive from where I live. Going with a friend taking his new Tesla Model S so a few charges will be needed though each way which will be different than just a gas station
