Fixed rate. That's what so great about it. The visa signature has a variable rate. I wanted a fixed rate so  I chose the classic visa. I had no idea that I'd get a rate this low.

Generally I'm against ever paying interest if you can avoid it but if I had to carry a balance I'd want it to be with that APR!
