Just an update... I just checked a few minutes ago, and my cash advance limit is back to $1700, so apparently it was just a 'glitch' somewhere that made it temporarily revert back to the old CA limit. 

There's no way I would ever actually use it, but it was just 'curious'  (at least to me) as to why they would increase, then almost right away decrease it again.  It turns out, they didn't... all is well!

Your progression with the Sam's Club MC very nearly mirrors my own over the time since first approved for it.

In fact it only just last week went from $10-$15K. I am still well short so far of Synchrony's maximum exposure and that is fine.

There's always room later on down the line. These Synchrony SP increases work wonders for helping keep utility low and eases decisions for large ticket items inside the club and/or out.

Mine recently hit $8500 also; started $2500 --> $4500 --> $8500 !

I've only hit the luv button with pleasurable success...however, I use that card A LOT (they won't budge on my WM Mastercard @ $6500 & I know it's due to absolutely NO use, but there is NO WAY that cashback compares. Crazy as it may seem, they can cancel that WM mastercard ! I still have my Sam's store credit at $10,000 that I keep open just for fun, but will consider closing that one if I can get that MC credit limit to match !
