Small Victors still count with Cap One

Had to go the EO route but even small victory's count. Capital One finally gave me a increase on my account after 3 years or so at $3,000. Honestly I didn't think they'd give me the increase, even though its only partial to what I asked for, its still something now my limit is $4,000.
Starting Score:TU:791(Dec3), EX:783, EQ:000
Current Score: TU:786(Aug9), EX:776, EQ:782 (Aug8)
Goal Score:820 across all boards
