Wanted to put this out there... Dear wife/P2 just received an email from SoFi with a limit increase from 5K to 6K. Not sure her exact scores, but good credit with a few lates awhile back.
Additional data: She usually carries a balance, but also pays more than minimum payment

Congrats, what's P2, searched and no mention on abbreviation thread.
More importantly, no auto CLI for your Freedom card in 2 yrs from 500??! Have you requested it, glad you added limit from Amazon. Am torn between stubbornly resisting asking for CLI incurring EX HP, or not on my similarly bucketed CFF

After she received this increase, I went on the SoFi mobile app and started a virtual assistant chat and asked about a CLI but the response was "At this time, unable to... " blah blah blah... Oh well...
And no, I never did get any automatic CLI's from Chase, but I did prequalify for the Chase Amazon Prime Visa back in July and ended up moving $3K of that limit over to the Freedom... I'd recommend doing the same (applying for a new card), unless the Chase app CLI request is now a soft inquiry...?!?

This is great news to hear. The fact that SoFi will issue automated CLIs gives me hope. I will be putting more spend on my SoFi card in the next few months. Paying it in full next month, but not in full in December because I have to spread the wealth to paying more than minimum on other cards. Working on keeping all my cards below 30%. Been keeping SoFi at 10% or less.
