Sofi credit card approval

I have a bankruptcy that was discharged 9/2021. I have been applying every month or so seeing if I would get approved but haven't until now! I recently opened a checking account for the $250 bonus. I have been depositing my whole check into Sofi so maybe that had something to do with it. 

I have been doing pretty decent on my build with my current score being in the upper 600's.

Either way, good to see that Sofi approves people even though they have a bankruptcy on their file.

Congrats on the approval. I'll tell you what, either you're lucky or there's been recent changes to their BK policy. I've been with SoFi for 8years and since 2021 I've been applying for that card but always get rejected with "Bankruptcy" always cited as the sole reason. My BK7 is slightly older than yours, I was DC'ed in 2020. Thankfully they don't pull credit for denied apps so once in a while I'll throw in a new application just because...
