Congrats on your approval!!!!! I am wanting to get the Starbucks card myself, because I frequent Starbucks like it is going out of style (LOL). However, I am putting myself into the garden, because my partner and I are getting a house built later this year.
Congratulations on your approval!!!
The Starbucks visa 49 dollar annual fee is big rip off. I f you are spending couple hundred bucks month then ther are two better cards out ther that don't have annual fees, Wells fargo Propel amex card gives 3 percent back for eating out and the Discover cash back card gives 5 percent back for 3 months each year at restaurants.

I get 5-10% off "offers" on Chase core cards for Starbucks on a regular basis, which makes my daughter happy since she works at Starbucks

Well, I applied for the Starbucks Credit Card because I'm a frequent Starbucks customer and the sign-up bonus was appealing. I didn't realize this was a Chase Bank product until after I applied. Now here's the kicker, I've never been a Chase Bank customer. No checking, savings, credit cards, etc. previously with this bank. I've opened 7 credit card accounts in the last 24 months that are all reporting and I have over 70 inquiries. Instant approval - $1000 credit line. 140k annual income and average age of accounts is like 1y6m.
wow. Starbucks even has a Visa card. LOL well congrats!!!
