Stash Visa/ Lowe's CLI

I just received my new Stash Rewards Visa today and called credit solutions after activating it to try for a CLI. My starting limit was $3K and I asked for $12K and they gave it to me! I was going to ask for more but I chickened out lol!!  I also had them raise my Lowe's card from $6.5K to $15K

Havent heard of Stash Rewards Visa before is this a new card? What bank is it issued by.  I have had great success with Synchrony Bank and Cap 1 if its CIti or Chase i'm not even going to attempt it.
