Success Chase Reconsideration (and lessons learned from a novice)

Thanks all for the support!

Some data points I forgot to mention are the hard inquiries with these two cards: the initial approval for Chase Freedom Unlimited pulled only Experian, whereas the Chase Amazon application two days later pulled all three bureaus. So I now have two inquiries on Experian which looks like it had a 7 point impact. The reconsideration did not result in an additional hard pull.
