Hi guys

Today I pulled the trigger twice, first time I was instantly approved by AMEX for a PRG. Thank you all for your guidance in this forum. Do you know where I could call and have them changed the delivery address of my card?

Now regarding CHASE i applied for the Freedom but I got the decision pending screen. I am planning to recon later today since i will be busy for the net couple of hours. If I dont get it I can take that. I will continue building credit now with 2 cards instead of only with my Cap1 secured card

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Definately call!!! I app'd last thursday for a Chase United Explorer and got the 7-10 day notice. Called them within a few hours and said I was approved. So call them and see.

I think you should have some drinks before you call. It worked for me

Thanks, I will definetely do that. I have more confidence now thanks to the help and support from this forum. If nothing good comes out of it then I will wait but definetely feel better myself with a card different than a secured one.
