Surprising CL with Credit One

For about 9 months, I've continued to get "you're approved for a new credit line" for the AMEX branded card  whenever I log in to my online account. This card was one of the first cards i got after BK discharge, so I use it minimally, pay off each month. I've had it now a 2.5 years, had one increase. Anyway, the popups were always for 1.5k and I was like(in my head)....give me a higher limit and MAYBE I'll bite. Well, 4 days ago, a message popped up on my dash saying 3k approval. Since it was no hit on my inquiries, I took the bait. 😂

This will mostly be for cushioning/padding, but I was surprised. 3k CL seems high for them.

The highest limit I think I've seen around here with Credit One is $5K. It seems Credit One may be slowly attempting a move into Capital One territory.
