Well I wish you knew what your real TU fico score is (you should be able to check it on your Walmart card pretty soon right?) because that would help us give you suggestions on BT cards; HOWEVER, since you are trying to get a mortgage, I'm going to have to tell you NOT to apply for anything right now, and just eat the extra money you're going to have to pay in interest for furniture account!
TU FICO 8: 702
Woo hoo!
Nice jump from what is in your siggy
Congrats!!!!
Woo hoo is right - nice score jump!! Ok, now to BT card suggestions - with that TU score I think you have a good shot at many cards, so check a few pre-quals and come back. Specifically try Capital One, Citi, Amex , and go here if you can't find Chase's on their website ---> https://m.creditcards.chase.com/prequalified-offers?CELL=6TKX&SP4R=Y71UH0 (this link is from Creditplz).
Is there a CU, you can join? Even if they don't offer 0%, the rates & fees are lower.

I can't touch Chase. I'm like 7/24 or 8/24, all 10-11 months ago. No match on Cap 1, Amex, Citi, or Discover. I've been doing those every few days for the last month.
I also have a baddie from 24-25 months ago. A 30 day late payment on a credit builder loan. It's paid and closed already but it is a baddie. Should I cold app? I'm down for an app spree.
Oh and I just got into a funk with CCT over the phone across several calls & being transferred to a US based floor supervisor. I'm waiting for my access to my account to be restored later today. Then I'll pull my new FICO scores.
Ok, then I say Chase and Cap1 are out for now, and probably Citi too. This leaves us Amex (they pull EX), Barclay (they pull TU), and Discover (the pull random CB, for me they pulled TU, but most people get either EQ or EX pulled). So unless you want to go for Barclay now, I would wait until you get CCT cleared up so you can see your EX and EQ scores.
I'll wait for my data points and further input from y'all.
Check out pic. Seems legit. Hehe.
I've seen quite a few approvals lately with lower EX scores than your siggy. Wait to refresh your scores & then try the pre qual on the Amex site. I have been waiting until I get a pre qual to app for the BCE. Just remember CK lies, will set you up for failure
FWIW, I got approved for my Amex Everyday card with <650 EX score, 2 unpaid collections, and several lates showing.
Not sure how much you need to BT but realize, Amex seems to give low SL out to many less established. Not sure you would get enough & or you don't want to max out a new card either
