So, on 05/21 tried the Request Increase on Walmart no go. Went to Chat "let me review" 20 seconds later "sorry, letter in 7-10. Same day, tried the Request Increase on Sam's no go, didn't even try Chat.

You're making great progress! Have you tried the backdoor #? You can get like 10x CLI on there.

Congratulations on your other credit lines. I have not been very successful in getting a CLI on my walmart card either. I waited the 4 statements - did the chat and also submitted a request online.  I was also given the 7-10 days on the chat as well. From what I have read SYNCH is a funny beast - some get CLI before 4 statements, others get it at 4 statements, others have to wait 6 months and some have been given shot down time after time.  I am going to call the back door number on Tuesday. I would suggest maybe giving that a try.

Forgot to mention that I just closed on a house 05/21, scores ~680, and ~$2.5K across cards (WM and Sam's were at $0 when I tried the CLI's). Need some things for the house and was going to give them some of the business but, now the others will get it. With the low SL's the utilization gets killed.

Yea they rare , with amazon take me 4 months to get a increase $800 to $3,500 but walmart just 1 month with a $300 balance , $900 to $3,500.

Congrats on the increases! I have the same issue with my Walmart, Old Navy, and TJMaxx accounts.  Synchrony refuses to give me an increase but approved me for a Lowes card and gave me a 6k increase immediately.  Strangeness for sure!
