Okay, that's good news for me. If you move too quickly I might have a hard time maintaining the 10X ratio. Smiley LOL

Thanks Taxi.  I imagine if I lost all my accounts with Synchrony, it would do a little damage to my utilization.  I'm well diversified though so the sting wouldn't be too bad.

@After my TJX CLI increase yesterday along with the closing of my Bananna Republic ($500) store card, I vowed to be finish requesting anything from Synchrony.  Then along came CreditMagic7 spreading his/her magic around.  Well I got a dose of it.  I was already at $99,500 with Synchrony and had heard previously that 100k is pretty much the exposure limit.  My cards were as follows: ebates visa @20k, walmart mastercard @20k, paypal mastercard @20k, TJX mastercard @20k, BP Visa @Anonymous, Old Navy Visa @Anonymous and BP store card @Anonymous.  I called tonight (got the same agent from last night) to ask for a CLI (I know I know) on my Old Navy Visa 7k to 10k.  Made sure I complimented the agent for helping me last night.  She took my information and came back and said in order to approve your request you will have to reduce the limit on one of your other Synchrony cards.  Here's where CreditMagic7 comes into the picture.  He/she had closed one of their Synchrony accounts with the desire to get a better/higher limit card in the future.  I had contemplated closing my BP store card at some point in the future to hopefully increase the Old Navy Visa to 10k.  When the agent suggested reducing a limit on one of my cards, I immediately asked to close the BP store card and move the limit over to the Old Navy Visa.  She said I would have to go through customer service to close the card.  She gave me a reference number to call credit solutions back after I got finished with customer service.  She then got customer service on the phone and explained that I wanted to close the BP store card and then she disconnected.  Once customer service closed the account, I called credit solutions back hoping to get the same agent, but I didnt.  The new agent with customer service took the reference number and went through the credit limit increase process again.  I was worried, but she came back and said congrats your new limit on your Old Navy Visa is 10k.  That was basically a reallocation in a round about way.

ebates visa $20,000

paypayl mastercard $20,000

walmart mastercard $20,000

TJX mastercard $20,000

BP visa $10,000

Old navy visa $10,000

It does appear, for me anyway, that Synchrony's limit is 100k and I'm loving every bit of it.Heart

wow im impressed how does one get that kind of massive limits?
