Congratulations on getting the Target MC upgrade.  It  took me 6 years to get mine. I'm glad you didn't have to wait as long I did.

Be on the look out. Six months after I got the Target upgrade, I started getting pre-qualified offers from TD Bank. I never pulled the trigger but I get the regularly.

@Anonymous ...IDK...it just does. Some people had their cards for many years before an upgrade.  The first time I had the card, it took 10 years before I got the upgrade to Visa. (back then it was Visa, before they switched to MC).

@Guyatthebeach ooohhhh, thats good to know as well! I lalready have Nordstrom Visa Siggy (TDB), so Im suprised I havent gotten any pre-quals. But, it could also be my BK on reports when they SP me.  I feel sure once the BK drops off, I'll be hammered, lol.

I think has more to do with Fico scoring, because my Chapter 7 bankruptcy doesn't fall off until November 2021. When I my Target MC upgrade, my FiCO scores were 725-755. Now they are between 760 and 790 on the Fako's.  I'm waiting to to pull my scores when the bankruptcy falls off. I'm hoping to be in the 800 club by then. 

So far, I keep getting pre-qualified offers from TD Bank, Citi, and Amex.  I haven't pulled the trigger because I have enough cards and credit now.
