I got a very surprising alert from Experian this morning. My Target card went from $500 (original starting limit) to 1k! I know people aren't happy with the limits and lack of CLIs on this card, and I mean 1k is still my lowest line, but I'm quite pleased with it. Also, I updated my income with them recently as per someone's thread on the forums, so that's likely why this was granted.

Congrats. I too. Just noticed they gave me an increase from 300 to 800 this month. Look at target!!! Whoop whoop!

Congrats! $300 is just a frustrating limit, glad you got up to something at least a bit usage for general purchases.
