Target CLI + Upgrade

Card opened with $300 limit back in 9/2018. After a few sporadic increases I was up to $2200 before I got the letter in the mail yesterday that it's been increased to $4000 and I'm finally being upgraded to the Target MasterCard!

Last year I ran about 11k through the card and always PIF so I'm wondering if influenced the upgrade algorithm. Fico 8 & 9 scores in the 720's across the board.
