Target CLI

I wish I remembered the last time I received a CLI from the Target card, but it has definitely been around two years. Imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning to a generous increase!

03/2018 SL: 500

Last CLI: 2000

01/2021: 5000

My last statement balance was $1926 (I maxed it out to try to get their attention) - then I only made a 500 dollar payment that posted on 01/25. BAM a CLI was reported today for $5000 with FICO 8 scores in the 670-680 range. Not sure if it was upgraded to a Mastercard as I haven't received a letter yet. Will report back once I can confirm!

congrats....I've had my card for over a year now...no CLI..I use it heavily, all payments are on time, i do let a balance report then pay it down. I had a payment return over 6 months ago due to me putting in wrong acct info....I was able to correct this in time to avoid a late payment reporting. I love target however i will close at the 2 year mark if i don't see an CLI..Its the small trade on my credit report..ugh
