I had just gotten my last CLI prior to this one from $2400 to $2900.00 the end of March, this year.
Congrats on your Target auto-CLI.

Once your CL reaches $4,000, typically- the Redcard get the MC upgrade.
As noted, a letter should be notifying you of the increase and MC conversion.
Just to offer an alternate viewpoint, my CL was increased to $4600 some time ago and I have yet to receive an upgrade to a MC. I'm sure that for many that threshold triggers a conversion, but it's definitely not a guarantee.
Congratulations on your Target CLI!

TD Bank was doing CLIs every six months prior to Covid for while. It was like clockwork for me. Is it coincidental that they like certain profiles exactly Quarterly now?

It's been a while, like late 2019 I think? I don't update income or anything with them any more, the Redcard works just fine for what I need it to do. It's just funny how for some there is a magical threshold but for others there isn't.
