This morning I applied for a Target RedCard Mastercard through my portal on my laptop. I was instantly approved for a $5,000.00 SL. It is going to be a Target Christmas!!!

Apparently new apps can apply for it. GO to the review terms and choose pin portion and it says based on what your credit qualifes you for.
