I was approved for the Target Redcard back in February, with a SL of $1k. My fourth statement just cut and they auto CLI me to $1.6k. I let a <8.9% balance report in February and March (and PIF, of course), but had a zero balance report in April and May. I didn't expect a 60% CLI this soon, but obviously happy to receive it. Hope the card gets upgraded to a Mastercard at some point. 
ETA: I did update my income the first of each month (no actual change in the amount though) and I put about $200 a month in charges through the card every statement.
