So I had joined myfico -2 years ago and I never looked into the community forms I wish I had so many answers I could have got I wanted to share my good news and some data points.

So 17 days ago Saturday, May 30th I had been waiting almost 2 years before I pulled credit to get a new credit card just because I had the idea of wanting to make sure that my credit scores were right where they needed to be my finances also where I felt they need to be and a certain amount of fear of being rejected. 

Data points: Amex Gold and Amazon Prime Sig Visa

MyFico : EQ: 748 TU: 745 EX: 759

credit age EQ: 3yr avg Oldest: 14y TU: 3yr avg Oldest: 14y EX: 1y11m avg Oldest:2y9m

100% payment history

0 Derogatory marks

6% credit card use (as of today) however in the past 6 months it been as high as 40ish-50% but I paid that down quickly. I did a balance transfer to one of my CC with 0% for 9months that card went to 100% everything else stayed in the mid 20's to 30ish% utilization.( I did not have a big CL to transfer all of my balances.)

Amazon Visa Sig CL: 6000

b/c I was pulling credit I decided to get CLI on my other cards Discover is up to 4500 now. Citi BestBuy card is now 4500 BoACR is now 4500 and synchrony care credit is now up to 7500 before they were: 2500, 2000, and 2500 & 2400. The largest increase was synchrony.

Discover: soft pull

Citi was a hard pull

Synchrony: soft pull

Bank of American: soft pull

so now I believe I am 2/24. The only card I am looking to add in the future is CSR and maybe, a hotel card.

In total 3 HP 3 inquires in one night

When I got the letter from Chase I see they pulled from EQ and EX. However, I also read on the back of the Welcome letter about Card Acquisition Risk Score V2 They scored me @ 755. Source JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

I didn't realize the bank had there own internal scoring system.
