Totally random CLI from Chase

OK so I just noticed I had an email from Chase that my "Year End Review" was available for viewing on this very card.  Maybe there is some connection between this year end review process and the CLI?  I also just recently had the year end review for my Marriott card and no CLI there so idk. 

It's definately a possible maybe for sure...
