They do. You just click on "Credit Cards" on their site, and a drop-down menu appears, and to the right it asks you if you want to check for preapprovals.
I looked and looked and looked, couldn't find. Then finally I thought maybe it's bc I'm on my phone. Got my laptop out and sure enough there it was once I hovered over "Credit Cards". Weird that I can't see it on browser. I've cleared everything as well.
Do you know which bureau they softpull ? I wtn tot he last step and it said "it couldnt verify me digitally" and re apply. I thawed my Equifax but the other two have been frozen. I still havent recvied an alert for a hard pull. Although I was pre-approved for all of there card with a set interest rate and all.

I replied on the other Truist Approval thread you ask as well:
I've only ever known BB&T and now* Truist to soft pull (and if you get a hard pull) from Equifax.
