The cards came from Columbus, GA and I live in Arkansas if that's helps. I app'd for both cards the same night but they arrived two different days.

Columbus is a TSYS (not sure if that is the right spelling) facility that does a lot of credit processing for companies in the southeast. From what I remember that turns out a lot of credit/debit cards for smaller/regional banks.

Congrats on the approval!!! I got the same email for the Truist Enjoy Cash card when I apped on 2/28/23. I was sent an email with details on what to expect next, but it wasn't an instant approval like their Future card I got in Oct 2022 for $5k. March 2nd I received an email congratulating me on the new card with no info on SL or APR. The card came yesterday from Columbus, GA and I'm across the river in AL (literally 3 miles away). It is produced by TSYS and it still took a week for me to receive it. Btw, my SL was the highest yet at $7,500 and my APR was 0% for 12 months and 21.74% thereafter. It's still a high APR but I've never had one this low in the range of 19.4% to 29%. I may actually be looking more credible to creditors. My DP 715-735 across all CR's, zero negs, and at least 17 inq on all CR.
Yeah i'm hoping for a decent starting limit. I was hoping for a soft pull like others too but that didn't happen lol. But the hard pull got me 2 cards. My score is 750 at the time of approval so i'm hoping for a decent limit as well. Did you get the letter in the mail that says "the price you pay for credit" before you got your cards? I don't know why they would even send that wasting paper rather then just sending the cards lol.
Yes, I did get the price you pay letter, thinking it was the card.
I was so happy about seeing the $7500 SL when the card came I almost wet myself. I too said the hard pull was WELL worth it for what I got since my 1st card was a SP to get $5K!! At best, I felt that if approved, I'd get no more than $2-$3K.
update signed up for online banking both cards are 9k SL
One of my cards came today
Truist is my highest SL yet, i'm guessing both will be the same SL for a combined or 18k total but once i receive the second card i'll be back to update.

Congrats on the approval and getting your first card! They were still BB&T when I signed up, but my card took FOREVER.
