**UPDATE APPROVED 2K** CHASE Slate - 10 days into application so far. Ideas?

I apped on June 10 after checking Prequal site. Instant online request to call in -- did so immediately and was told I need to verify SSN and DL. Faxed  them in same day. Until this morning robo-lady was giving 7-10 day message with no date. This morning message has changed to "We rec'd your application on June 10," with a 30-day message. Should I remain hopeful. Chase did HP on EX and TU -- 609 and 635 FICO 8's on the 10th. 3 collections but all paid. 

Called recon and fax did not come thru legibly but rep verified over phone and approved for 2k!

So an interesting data point to add: called each of the 2 application status #'s. One gives me the 2 week message and the other the 30 day message. I guess there really is no way to know!! LOL

From what I understand anything other than the 7-10 biz days is a good sign.

I agree, lately anything more then the 7-10 message has a better chance of approval.

There's been a bunch of posts lately about Chase taking an extensive time to make their decisions and/or keeping applicants waiting in the wings for longer than usual so I wouldn't sweat it too much.

The plot thickens. This morning BOTH numbers have switched to the "Your application is being reviewed. You will be notified in writing within 7-10 business days." Not feeling so optimistic now ...
