  call and ask to speak with a supervisor (which is a loan officer) that's what I would do. I'd ask 2 or 3 different supervisors what the HP policy is, how long it's good for, does it cover all products or if you app for XYZ Credit Card but then a month later app for ABC Loan will this be another HP? Listen to what each one says and document who they are (name etc).

HI there long time lurker on the forums, just want to give you my penfed experience

joined in aug 16 got 32k auto loan ,opened checking account ,opened rewards visa siggy credit card  $8.5k ,applied for ploc denied .  HP on EX & TU (i think)
on 89th day after hp i applied and got penfed Defender visa $5k, and thrifty line of credit $500 (lol) NO HP

I was approved for the PenFed Platinum Rewards Visa  on the 13th and on the 22nd I was denied for the PLOC but I understand since I am a "New" member
