*** UPDATED*** Citi Card.. add Authorized User/CLI after approval

Recently applied and was approved for the Citi Cusotm Cash Card with a spending limit of $6000.

Temporary spending limit of $600 until I receive the card

(Tried to add an authorized user and its grayed out.. also the CLI option isn't showing up )

Do I have to wait  a certain amount of time for these features?

*** UPDATE *** 

- Received the physical card in the mail today and activated it. Soon after all the other service became available.. CLI request states that they will not obtain a credit report in making a decison...

I think that temporary spending limited may indicate you should wait until you receive the physical card. Other than that phone up CSR to add an AU - but at this point they may say the same.

I'm looking at applying for this card soon to use strictly as a gas card. Do you mind me asking what Fico scores you had when applying?

Trying to get a good idea of when I should pull the trigger on it.

@coolandcalm Congrats on approval! Keep in mind CLI will be an additonal HP and they will only approve up to an additonal 5000.

Citi custom cash first cli in first couple of months may be a hard pull, I have a Custom cash card and I tryed for a credit increase today 2 months since opening the account and hard pull was requird they did give me the option to cancle the request.

Guessing that you will now need to Activate the card before these two  features are not greyed out.

Keep in mind that asking for a CLI is probably an SP but not likely to be granted given you just were approved...
