I'd say yes for US Bank, with the exception of early last year on my Cash Plus.  However, the more recent CLIs seem to require a bit more time than 6 months in order for statements/months to finish out.  US Bank used to based it more on actual time since last CLI.

Congratulations on your credit increase on your Altitude go visa credit card. This would be your first cli the card came out in July of 2020. I got mine back in July 6  of last year with a 10K limit. I was not going to ask for cli until mid march to make shure that enough time past to get the increase and have no problems, do have a cash pluse visa from Us bank with a credit limit of 19.5K. might go head and hit love button to day and see If I have your good luck.
