Approved for $12k. Quite happy.

Equifax is 755 which is what they pulled.

I was responding to an offer for 15 months of 0% and $150 bonus if I spend $500 in 90 days.

I do have another US Bank State Farm card.

I do have 3 cards close to 90% usage (all 0% deals) but overall usage is 12%.

Will be using this card exclusively for quite a while.

This has the same rewards structure as my other US Bank State Farm card:

3% insurance

2% gas, groceries, dining, etc.

1% everything else.
