USAA AMEX CLI to 30k

i have had this card now for 1.5 years, started at 7k, when my highest card before was 1k. At 6 months it went up to 11k with heavy usage, then minimal usage got me to 22k, and this previous 6 months I didn't use it even once, and got a CLI to 30k. All were hard pulls.

Very nice.  A lot better than the 2K limit I have but haven't asked for a CLI

I've done mine always through the mobile app, and before 6 months. You can akways try, and if you aren't eligible, it will stop you and tell you to call them

I don't see anywhere on the mobile app where you can ask for a CLI.  I thought you had to ask via SM for one.
