Anyone know how to proccess a CLI

USAA is always a hard pull, account has to be open for 6 months and your last increase has to be more then 6 months. You can request online, when you go to your card online and scroll all the way to the bottom you should see change card limit.  If your not eligible you won't see that listed there. Hope that helps.

I never see that option to change card limit on my accounts. I've found that I have to initiate the CLI through secure message or calling in. It is always a hard pull and they will ask for your income, housing payment, etc. It usually takes 12-24 hours for a response. I've also heard that people with the app on Android can request through it, but that feature is not available yet on iPhone. Good luck!

Its is always a hard pull, I usually call and and request  a cli over the phone.

I'm a partial member and have 3 cards with them. I tried out the CLI increase on my android and fortunately lucked out with 1 HP on EQ for 2 cards  WMC and Amex.  They raised as follows:

WMC  2yrs old  5000  starting  11000 raised to

Amex 9months 6000 starting   11000 raised to

My USAA App has the option to change the credit limit.  If you select the account you want an increase on, and then on the top right tap menu, you should see change credit limit.  If your account isn't eligible for a cli, I don't think it will show up there.  I had opened up a visa card in June, and the option just became avaiable a few days ago for me.
