After continually checking it finally popped up on the mobile app...
Says, "Exclusive Online-Only Pilot: Available in LA, NM, KS and ID"
Sprinted out of the garden and was instantly approved for $15,000!
We have all our banking and insurance products with them, and my Cash Rewards cc is also my oldest card.

Congrats! What APR did they give you? I'd be curious to know (if anyone has insight) as to why LA, NM, KS and ID is the market for the pilot...

Yeah I'm not sure what made them pick those states... Got 17.15% apr (I have 11.15% apr on my cash rewards card, but I expected this one would be higher due to higher rewards)

Edited to add: lowest potential apr was 14.15

The rumor was that it's available to apply for now in 4 states and the rest in 2017. According to the info before my application, those 4 states are KS, NM, LA and ID.

I'll add data points.
