Sorry to hear that. Oddly some members reported not getting the text as they should. They called in and did the request over the phone. Give them a call, they'll tell you if you're eligible.

I understand, it may actually help solidify that you need a CLI..think positive. I make my request with whatever is normally on the card. I just make sure to PIF each month on due date. If you've been doing that the last six months. I don't believe you have anything to worry about.
I've never paid a balance down before requesting a CLI on any of my CC's. It's never been an issue . I know some believe it could make a difference..
Now if your over 50%, then that may be a good idea.

Aduke I wouldn't worry about it. I suggest picking up the phone. I remember another member here stating he or she didn't get the text either. They just called in and got their CLI.You can do the same..not a big deal.
