For the past 3 days I kept receiving email invites to apply for the USAA Rate Advantage Visa Platinum card.
I kept ignoring them because everywhere I looked said USAA was extremely inquiry and new account sensitive.
When they sent me my second email inviting me to apply today I figured "why not?"

Limit is on par for starting limits for me (highest SL and current Visa/MC limit is Costco at $5,500 -- all others $3k). The APR happens to be my highest non-synchrony others hover around 19%.
