It has been a little over 6 months of gardening after my previous denial and failed recon for this card. Today, instant approved for 5.6k and the lowest offered apr

I applied in July and was 1/6, 3/12. Not instant rejected, but rejected a day later when I called in. They pulled EX, I believe 760s. I am in the northeast.
I did try a recon call and it did not work. I opened a bank account with them a week later and put some use through it. I had about $5k with them when I reapplied.
1 of my cards hit 1 year about 3 weeks ago, the other hit 1 year a week ago. I did wait until the statements posted to apply. So I was 0/6 and just barely 1/12. Also I was AZE2, my oldest and my newest.
No mailers, no prequals, nada. It was cold!
Instant approved . Another EX pull, and my score is 781 after the pull.
My only mistake was I was so excited that it was finally time, I forgot to do my SP CLIs beforehand xD. I might do the Chase amazon card tomorrow while I still show 4/24. Not sure if I still wanna do the SP's, but its a good day anyways
