Took the plunge Wed, called in my application (1st time on phone). Was told 2-3 day response, was offered the phone approval # (declined). Saw new card on my USB account page on Friday, Delivered overnight today: sl - $29K! Packaging of card is very impressive, comparable to my Plat card. Had to call in for activation, CSR very pleasant.
