@NoMoreDebt Thanks so much!
Congrats on your CLIs!
Did youhave 800 scores last year when you applied for the Fidelity Rewards? We've been seeing some decent SLs recently for lower scores and I have a few baddies which make me think I might get one of those limits too.
Congratulations on getting the increases you wanted, whats up with USB you say you have fico scores over 800.

Thanks @Blender!
To answer your question my scores were roughly around 780's range. I even applied for them early in my spree due to them being very sensitive to inquiries and such. US bank a few years ago treated many new clients with toy limits and they just called in later to get that increased. Front line underwriters even agree that those limits are ridiculous fir spending. I would say in your case even with the baddies give it a shot. You would at least get your foot in the four with them and hit the luv button every 6 months.

Thanks @firefox100!
USB can be very bi polar from time to time. Baffling to the mind how underwriting can seriously think a client could find a $500 limit usable with inflation continuing to rise. 😆😂

@credit_endurance escribió:I was approved for both the USB Altitude Connect Visa last Aug along with Fidelity Rewards Visa and recieved the very common "toy" limits of $500 each. Decided I would wait it out on the luv button action before rather than poking the bear for increases throughout the year but was declined each time that I pressed the button. So with a year plus under my belt with them, and a significant gardening stint in which had me 0/12 on both new accounts and inquiries, I decided to see if they would show some luv. Took 2 HP's on TU for both requests. Rep stated that it would take 3-5 business days for the requests to be reviewed. Checked my Fidelity app and saw the increase in less than 24 hours. That card went from $500------>$15,000. Kept creeping my USB visa for days straight with no increase so decided to call underwriting this morning in which I was told that the request was denied. I moved on and contemplated closing the toy limit card all day. So happened to check the app this evening and what do you know, they increased my newly pc'ed from Altitude to Go Connect Visa from $500------->$10,000
Very pleased with the outcome going from toy limits to almost 1000% increases. Now I am ready for the holiday shopping season.

Thanks for looking
Very nice work, again!
I have seen people receive that infamous $500 limit on the forum and in person. I relate to the feeling, as I just got the Cash+, yesterday, after a recon. The rep told me I was approved but couldn't tell me for how much. I was braced for the $500 but when they emailed me a couple hours later, I was given the same $10,000 as you were. I'll take it!
Congrats again. And do not short-change yourself. You blew well past 1,000% increases on both of those cards. You hit a 2900% increase on the Fidelity and a 1900% increase on the Go Connect. Put some respect on your progress! Good job!
Congrats on your CLI's
